This project represents a complete transformation from a cold, bland, cluttered kitchen to an elegant new space with a classic feel. With a vision built on symmetry, we mirrored each wall against itself and each side of the room against the other. A large island with a built-in farm sink, a wooden countertop and seating for four separates the kitchen work zones from the high traffic area between the dining room and the main living area, while white cabinetry, ornate lighting fixtures and a dark granite perimeter countertop give the kitchen a graceful feel that blends seamlessly into the rest of the home.
